The Statute

for the Sport-Technical Committee

 of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers

I. GENERAL

1. Technical activities are responsibility of the Sport-Technical Committee (hereandfurther – the STC), of the Executive Committee and of the Jury of judges. Decisions are to be made collectively while conferences of the ISFFR. These conferences bring together professionals from different countries joint by common interests in developing of Fire and Rescue Sport.

2. Representatives of the countries, which are not members of the ISFFR, also can be members of any technical group formed by the ISFFR.

II. AIMS AND GOALS

3. The STC is formed for:

- studying and increasing usability of the technical demands and suggestions, provided by national federations (organizations);

- publishing on behalf of the Executive Committee materials concerning questions of training and exercises performance, also with questions of conducting international and regional competitions in Fire and Rescue Spot.

III. MAIN FUNCTIONS

4. The STC is responsible for provision all of equipment and ammunition used for competitions for its acquiring to demands of the rules.

5. The STC members are to be chosen by participants of conferences for controlling technical provisions while competitions conducted under the patronage of the ISFFR or included into its Plan for activities. In case of non-acquirement of sportsman’s equipment or ammunition (including sport uniform) to the rules, members of the STC have right to demand its correct performance.

6. If some judicial serious mistake takes place, contradicting technical rules, the STC may provide adequate decision in order to correct the situation but it can’t delete or argue the decisions of judges.

IV. SPORT-TECHNICAL COMMITTEE

7. The STC must consist of the Chairman, chosen by the conference, and from 7 members from different countries, appointed by the Chairman.

8. The STC must learn and study all demands and suggestions concerning technical questions from side of the ISFFR members.

4) Vyacheslav Akalovich (Belarus):

5) Aleksandr Klitonchik (Latvia);

6) Leonid Fjedorov (Estonia);

7) Vladimir Surjin (Slovakia).

This provision was accepted by the Decision N4 of the VII International conference of the ISFFR.

Actual board of the STC was confirmed by the Decision N5 of the XI International conference of the ISFFR.
