History:

Estonian Firefighting Sport Association was founded in 2004. 5 clubs are the members of the organization. The athlets of different ages (starting from 12 years of age) are doing info the firefighting sport in Estonia. Every year national championships are held in the country. The program includes 100 m run, 4 X 100 m. relay race, training tower climbing with hook ladder and combat deployment with pump.

Records:

1. 100 m run with obstracles - 15,93 sec. - Andro Ovnir, 2004.

2. Training tower climbing with hook ladder - 14.0 sec.- Yulo Laks, 1980.  

3. 4 x 100 m. relay run - 58.04 sec, Estonian national team (Andro Vainiary, Yanno Remmel, Andro Ovenir, Margo Tammepyld, 2004.

4. Combat deployment with pump - 35,39 sec.  Estonian national team (Andro Ovenir, Margo Tammepyld, Yurissar Yuri, Voore Sirgo, Andre Sallum, Rainisvai Rivo), 2003.
