History:

The Lithuanian Federation of Firefighting Sport was founded in 2003. Regular national champinships are held. The Lithuanian national team takes part in Baltic states tournaments, World championships.

Records:

1. Training-tower climbing with a hook ladder - 13,69 sec. - Yustinas Gigas, 2008, the V World Championship in Fire and Rescue Sport in Sophia, Republic of Bulgaria.

2. 100 m. obstacle course - 16,04 sec. - Tengiz Narimanidze, 2006, the National Championship of Lithuania.

3. Fire-attack Deployment - 30,14 sec. - the Lithuanian team while the VII World Championship in Fire and Rescue Sport in Cottbus, Germany.

4. 4X100 m Firefighters Relay-Race - 58,35 sec.- the Lithuanian team while the VII World Championship in Fire and Rescue Sport in Cottbus, Germany.
