The Vote at Conference had 11 countries.
Having considered and having discussed offers, on modification and additions in the international rules of carrying out of competitions on fire-saving sports, Conference has decided:
To assume as a basis the accepted changes and additions in the international rules of carrying out of competitions on fire-saving sports since January, 1st, 2006.
Changes and additions are applied on the Decision on 2 pages.

Amendments and supplements to the International rules on fire-rescue sport, ratified by Conference by the International sports federation of firefighters and rescuers.

point.2.3.4 To expound in the release:
To the sportsmen application is forbidden up to and during competitions of a dope - substances, artificial image improving a physical and mental condition is forbidden to sportsmen. The forbidden list identifying forbidden substances and the forbidden methods publishes not less often, than yearly the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
About any medicine accepted by a participant for the therapeutic use during three days to beginning of competitions, he or command representative must officially declare to the Main judicial assembly.
The participant convicted of application a dope-preparation is subject to disqualification that automatically conduces to cancellation of all his individual results, including a relay race, with all consequences, confiscation of all medals and prizes.
A participant is under an obligation on call of judicial assembly to pass a stimulant-control; otherwise he is taken off from competitions.
Selection of sportsmen for testing on a stimulant is hallmarked by the International federation and Main judge of competitions. For rendering assistance from a judiciary board allocate one-two judges.
The sportsman selected for testing must be accessible at any time and in any place during conducting of competitions for taking at him of tests.
A sportsman is under an obligation to sign notification, the same, confirming that knows about the call on a stimulant-control. A sportsman must be in a point for handing over of tests on a stimulant not later by what in 1 hour after the receipt of notification, having at itself a document certifying his personality.
point 2.5.6. To complement by suggestion:
Only a representative has a right to set the order of appearance of participants of the command in competitions, about what it must be indicated in a request.
point. 4.1.5. To expound in the release:
At two attempts in competitions for 100 to the meter bar with the obstacles, to getting up on an assault stair, forming of semifinals rounds is carried out on the best results shown in one of two attempts.
The participants of final rounds are determined on the best results of semifinals rounds.
A winner and prizewinners in competitions on a 100-meter bar with the obstacles and getting up on an assault stair is determined on results a finale regardless of the results shown in the previous circles of competitions. To the participants showing identical results in the final round, the same (higher) place is appropriated.
Among sportsmen, not executing exercise in the final round from a trauma, false starts or violation governed, places are distributed on results the semifinals rounds (and at their equality - preliminary rounds). To the sportsmen taking title, but exempt from participating in a finale on the state a health (by the doctor of competitions) or other good reasons, the same place last is appropriated, from performed in a finale.
«During conducting of competitions on all types of the program (except for fire attack) the low start is obligatory with the use of starting shoe trees».
point.5.1.5 «d» To include a point:
