of firefighters and rescuers.

Having considered and having discussed a question on application a doping-preparations in II Championship of the Europe, and results of the analyses presented by laboratory, sampled on a doping at sportsmen, has been established application strong forbidden anabolic steroid - nandrolon, stanozolol at three sportsmen of Republic of Belarus Makarchuk, Zyryanov, Urbanovich and gidrohlorotiazid - forbidden diuretik (masking substance), stanozolol at the sportsman of Ukraine Safatjuk and diuretik furosemid at Strelkov (Russia).

Conference has made a decision:

1. To cancel the results shown by sportsmen by Zyryanov, Makarchuk, Urbanovich (Republic of Belarus), Safatjuk (Ukraine), Strelkov (Russia) in competitions on overcoming 100 meter strips with obstacles, to rise on an assault ladder.

Results of voting:

for cancellation of results - 8 countries (Germany, Estonia, Moldova, Czech, Russia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and Islamic Republic of Iran)

Against cancellation of results - 1 country (Republic of Belarus).

Have refrained - 2 countries (Latvia, Hungary).

2. To cancel the results shown by go-ahead commands with participation of the above-stated sportsmen. Results of voting:

for cancellation of results of go-ahead commands with participation of the above-stated sportsmen - 6 countries (Czech, Belarus, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, and Islamic Republic of Iran)

against cancellation of results - 5 countries (Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Hungary, Azerbaijan).

3. To leave without changes the results shown by commands in fighting expansion with participation of the above-stated sportsmen.

Results of voting:

to leave results of commands in fighting expansion with participation of the above-stated sportsmen - 7 countries (Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Azerbaijan, Islamic Republic of Iran, Hungary, Estonia)

against - 4 countries (Czech, Belarus, Latvia, Germany).

4. To reconsider the places borrowed by commands in II Championship of the Europe in view of cancellation of results, the shown above-named sportsmen on overcoming 100 meter strips, to rise on an assault ladder and participation in go-ahead commands (it is accepted unanimously).

5. To approve places of the commands borrowed in II Championship of the Europe among firefighters and rescuers in view of cancelled results
