Resolution No.1
of the 5th Conference of the International Sports
Federation of Fire fighters & Rescuers
(Sekeshfehervar, Hungary, December 9, 2004)
After thorough discussion of the issues of the agenda the Conference has decided the following:
1. To change the ISFFR Charter so that the 1st paragraph of the Clause 6.1 now reads: “ The General Assembly (conference) is the highest ruling body of the partnership”.
2. To adopt the Rules for the International Competitions on sports of fire fighters and rescuers with all changes and corrections as per made in the year of 2004.
3. To approve the city of Ostrava (Czech Republic) as the venue of the II Open European Championship of 2005.
4. To approve Mr.Zdenek Nytra (Czech Republic) as the Chief Judge of the II European Championship.
5. To approve Mr.Andrei Kalinin (ISFFR Executive Director) as International Judge-cum-Inspector of the II European Championship.
6. To adopt the Report of the ISFFR financial report made by the ISFFR chief accountant.
7. To assign the ISFFR Executive Committee to work out the Duties of the International Judge-cum-Inspector and to include it into the Rules for the International Competitions.
8. To allow the Executive Committee to add the “lawyer” to its staff.
9. To include the representative of the Federation of the Republic of Belarus Mr.Anvar Igamberdyev into the staff of the ISFFR Executive Committee as a volunteer.
10. To hold the ISFFR VI Conference of 2005 in the city of Togliatti (Russia).
11. To set the annual membership fee for the year of 2005 as equivalent to US$ 4300 to be paid to the ISFFR and the participation fee for the II European Championship of 2005 as equivalent of US$ 1000 to be paid to the host country. Both payments are to be made before the II European Championship i.e. the 1st of September of 2005.
12. To annul the ISFFR membership of Ukraine from the 1st of January of 2005, provided it will fail to pay its membership fees for the years of 2003 and of 2004 before the end of the current year of 2004.
13. To include into the official ISFFR Schedule for the year of 2005 the international competition of fire fighters and rescuers for the prize of the international sports master V.V.Nemilov to be held in Minsk (Republic of Belarus) March 30-April 1, 2005.
14. To assign the ISFFR Executive Committee to chose the possible sponsors to assist to publish the ISFFR Annual Magazine in December 2005.
