Of the VI World Fire and Rescue Championship
"Donetsk-2010"
1.Goals and objectives
The VI World Fire and Rescue Championship (furthermore it is a competitions) are conducted to the aim of:
- further development of fire fighters sport and popularization of the profession a fire fighter and a rescuer;
-advancement of the professional skill and sporting practice of fire fighters and rescuers;
-strengthening of the friendly communication and cooperation among fire fighting and rescuing services.
2. Organization of the Competition
The organization of competitions is carried out the International sportsFederation of fire fighters and rescuers, Ministry of Ukraine of Emergencies and population protection from the consequences of Chornobyl catastrophe, Ministry of Ukraine for Family, Youth and Sport, Ukranian public organization «Ukranian Federation of fire fighters and rescuers».
Preparation of sports base, catering services and accommodations' reception and sending of commands are assigned to the General Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies in Donetsk Region.
The Competitions are spent according the Rules of the International Sports Federation of Fire Fighters and Rescues accepted in the year 2009.
3. Terms and Place of carrying out
The Competitions are spent from 25 to 30 August 2010 in Donetsk (Ukraine).
The arrival of the teams is on August 25th, 2010, the departure is on August 30th, 2010.
4. Participants of the Competition
Combined teams of the countries take part in competitions - members of the International sports Federation of fire fighters and the rescuers who have received the invitations, and also the countries which have expressed desire to enter the International sports Federation of fire fighters and rescuers. Structure of sports delegation consists of 20 persons, from them 10 sportsmen, 2 trainers, the doctor, the representative of a command, the representative of delegation, 2 judges and 3 members of delegation.

Arriving of the teams.
August 26
Credentials committee, toss-up, and approbation of sports shells.
Meeting of representatives of commands and the main judiciary board.
Press-conference for journalists.
August 27
Rise on an assault fire escape.
Solemn opening of VI World Championship among fire fighters and rescuers.
Semifinal and final runs in rise on an assault fire escape.
August 28
Overcoming of a 100-meter strip with obstacles.
Fire relay race 4x100 m.
August 29
Fighting expansion.
Solemn closing of competitions.
Rewarding of winners and prize-winners of thechampionship.
August 30
Departure of teams.
6. Structure of a command and offset by kinds of the program:
6.1 Rise on the assault fire escape- structure 8 persons, offset - six best results.
6.2 Overcoming of a 100-m strip with obstacles- structure 8persons, offset-six best results.
6.3 4xI00 fire relay race -2 commands, offset-1 result
6.4 Fighting expansion- I command. 6.5Double-event (personal superiority)
The competitions on fighting expansion, overcoming of a 100-m strip with obstacles and to rise on an assault fire escape are spent on two attempts. The competitions on fighting expansion are spent from a push-button motor-pump with connections of soaking up sleeves STORZ. To establish length of working sleeves-2010,5m.
At carrying out of competitions on fire relay race before the beginning of the first running to make warming up it is more opposite with use of a gas mixture in volume: water-301, kerosene-21, and gasoline-0,251.
For definition of winners and prizewinners on overcoming a 100-meter strip with obstacles, to rise on an assault fire escape semifinal and final runs are spent. The number of participants of semifinal and final runs is defined by quantity of racetracks. Results of semifinal and final runs do not enter into command offset.
Semifinal runs are formed by results of preliminary runs under the scheme: 1 semifinal running - 5,1,4,8 result, 2 semifinal running - 6,2,3,7 result.
7. Conditions of definition of command and personal superiority
The team's superiority is defined on the least sum of the places borrowed by commands in all kinds of the program of competitions. At equality of the sum of places, the maximum place is awarded to the command having the best result on fighting expansion.
Command superiority in kinds is defined on the least sum of time typed by test participants. At equality of the sum of time one place (the subsequent places is not awarded) is awarded to commands. To the command, which has not typed full quantity of test results, the place after the commands having full offset is appropriated. At equality of incomplete offsets on the least sum of time of test participants.
Personal superiority in kinds including on fighting expansion, it is defined by the best result of one of two attempts. At equality of results - on the best sum of time of two attempts, at equality of the sum of time of two attempts - by the best result of the first attempt, further - who has started earlier'
In case of equality of results in competitions on fire-saving relay race the maximum place is awarded to the command which has started earlier. The snatch in the team's offset does not enter.
During carrying out of the championship it will be spent the antidoping control over operating international rules - the order of sampling at sportsmen will be certain at meeting of representatives of commands on August,26th, 2010.
8. Rewarding
The commands which have won 1, 2, 3 the team's places are awarded with cups and diplomas, participants and trainers of commands - medals, diplomas and costly presents.
The commands which have won 1, 2, 3 place in fighting expansion and fire-saving relay race, are awarded with cups and diplomas, participants and trainers of commands - medals, diplomas and costly presents.
The participants who have won 1, 2, 3 place in personal superiority in rise on an assault fire escape and overcoming of a 100-meter strip with obstacles, to a snatch (in personal superiority), and their trainers are awarded with costly presents, medals and diplomas. In all kinds of the program of the Championship, only trainers of national teams are awarded.
9. Conditions of reception and the payment of expenses
Charges on carrying out of competitions are carried out by the - Ministry of Ukraine of Emergencies and population protection from the consequences of Chornobyl catastrophe, Ukranian public organization «Ukranian Federation of fire fighters and rescuers».
The charges connected with sending of sports delegations (travel, residing, feed, daily allowances to ways, preservation of wages, etc.), bear the countries directing to delegation on competitions.
10. Applications
Conditions of participation of commands:
- Payment of membership dues for 2010 in the International sports federation of fire fighters and rescuers (for the countries-the members of the Federation)
- The application sent to address of the organizer till July , the 1st, 2010;
- A payment for participation 2.000 - US Dollar, transferred into account the organizer till July , the 1st, 2010.
Forward applications on participation in competitions are accepted by the International sports Federation of fire fighters and rescue until the 1st of July, 2010 to the address of:
