With a view of improvement of the organization of the international competitions, the world championships, the Europe, the Cup of Asia, the sports actions of the International sports federation of fire fighters included in the Plan and VIII International conference of «Non-commercial partnership International sports federation of fire fighters and rescuers» has decided:

1. Competitions on fighting expansion to spend from a push-button motor-pump with connections of soaking up sleeves «SHTORZ» (technical name).

2. A record (the maximum achievement) in a snatch to consider by results of preliminary running’s, in rise after an assault ladder and overcoming of a 100-meter strip with obstacles by results of preliminary, semi-final and final running’s.

3. The result shown indoors to consider as the maximum achievement.
