Based on the presented documents and according to Rules of competitions on fire-saving sports VIII International conference of «Non-commercial partnership the International sports federation of fire fighters and rescuers» has decided:

To approve a new record of the World and Europe in double-event result – 29, 30 seconds of a combined team of Russia on a fire-saving sports by Gurchenkov Sergey Alexandrovich in III Championship of the Europe among fire fighters and rescuers in Ostrava (Czech Republic).
