Announcement of the International Competitions in fire and rescue sport for the Cup of the Belarusian Federation of Fire and Rescue Sport

From June 15 to June 21, 2026, the International Competitions for the Cup of the Belarusian Federation of Fire and Rescue Sport will be held in Minsk, Republic of Belarus, under the auspices of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers (ISFFR).

The aim of the competitions is to promote fire and rescue sport on the international stage, enhance the athletic skills of rescue athletes, strengthen friendly relations, and facilitate the exchange of experience in athlete training. Such competitions also contribute to fostering an active lifestyle among young people, attracting young men and women to fire and rescue sport, popularizing the profession of firefighter-rescuer, promoting life safety awareness and encouraging a healthy way of life.

The competition will see the participation of men's and women's national teams in fire and rescue sport from several member countries of the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers (ISFFR).

Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate strength, endurance and professionalism in the following sport disciplines: hook ladder climbing to the 2nd and the 4th floors of the training tower, overcoming the 100-meter obstacle course, fire relay race 4×100 meters and combat deployment.
